Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Manager at Carlo's Restaurants, located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of the hospitality facilities. Responsibilities include managing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance staff, performing equipment maintenance and repair tasks, managing maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role also involves maintaining records and liaising with external service providers when necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead, train, and manage a maintenance team.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair processes.
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance techniques to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Proficiency in Maintenance Management to plan, schedule, and oversee all maintenance activities.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is required.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the hospitality sector.
- A diploma or degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory based on proven experience.
