Maintenance Manager

We are currently seeking aMaintenance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing preventive and breakdown maintenance across all restaurant outlets, ensuring smooth operations, safety compliance, and cost-effective facility management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the continuous operation and repair of all civil, MEP, HVAC, plumbing, and specialized kitchen equipment across all restaurant branches.
• Develop and implement rigorous preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and prevent operational disruptions.
• Lead the rapid response to emergency maintenance requests, coordinating immediate corrective actions to ensure business continuity.
• Conduct frequent inspections of outlets and central kitchens to ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
• Maintain the corporate office infrastructure, ensuring all power, internet, and climate control systems function without interruption.
• Manage and evaluate the performance of external vendors and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) to ensure service level adherence and cost-efficiency.
• Supervise the maintenance of high-capacity production equipment in the central kitchen, including industrial refrigeration and exhaust systems.
• Manage all maintenance documentation, including compliance records, budget reports, and resource optimization plans for the entire organization.
