Project phase:

Manages activities of contractors, consultants and subordinates in the development and implementation of the reliability and maintenance program for the Mansourrah and Massarah Goldproject (Central Region of Saudi Arabia - remote area).

Ensure the Mansourrah and Massarah Gold project (Central Region of Saudi Arabia (remote) maintenance team, facilities, resources and systems are developed and in place before plant commissioning.

Operational phase:

Manages maintenance department activities at (Mansourrah and Massarah Gold project) to ensure no harm to people, and ensure reliable plant operation in accordance with business objectives and a continuous improvement program.

The maintenance manager has functional responsibility for the maintenance program of the Mansourrah and Massarah Gold project business as a whole and operational/ line responsibility for the maintenance program at the Mansourrah and Massarah Gold project.

SKILLS:

a. Engineering experience for large industrial plants in chemical processing or mining

b. Experience in modern safety, environmental and production management practices

c. Experience in modern maintenance management systems and their application

d. Familiar with modem business systems, e.g. SAP or Oracle

e. Familiar with engineering standards and practices for the chemical industry

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Engineering or an equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.)
• Minimum of 10 years total experience in industry, preferably in chemical manufacturing
• Minimum of 7 years in supervisory roles in a production environment
• Minimum of 5 years in direct line management of maintenance activities as maintenance manager
