#Respond to tenant maintenance requests and coordinate restoration or additional works to ensure prompt resolution.
#Plan and lead upgrades to infrastructure (lighting, utilities, irrigation, roads, public spaces) in collaboration with engineering and IT teams.
#Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards; develop and maintain emergency response protocols.
#Lead, train, and supervise multidisciplinary maintenance teams (technicians, electricians, plumbers, etc.).
#Manage outsourcing contracts, evaluate vendor performance, and process contract approvals and invoices.
#Prepare regular reports on maintenance activity, budget status, and project progress for senior management.
#Coordinate with Engineering, IT, Security, and Facility departments to align maintenance with wider operations.
#Requirements #Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related preference for Electrical).
1214 years experience in #facilities, industrial park, or compound maintenance, including at least 3 years in a #managerial role.
#Expertise in preventive/corrective maintenance, utility and infrastructure systems, and multi-disciplinary contract management.
#Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets.
#Familiarity with compliance, safety standards, and emergency procedures.
#Outstanding communication, coordination, and customer service orientation, with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
