Maintenance Manager – Predictive Maintenance

To lead and institutionalize a predictive maintenance (PdM) culture, ensuring maximum equipment reliability, minimum downtime, and optimized maintenance cost through data-driven decision-making and advanced diagnostic techniques. This role moves beyond traditional maintenance — focusing on anticipation, prevention, and performance optimization.

You Must have hands-on experience in

• Machine Learning-Based Failure Prediction Models
• AI-Driven Anomaly Detection Systems
• Digital Twin-Based Predictive Maintenance
• Edge AI & IoT-Integrated Predictive Systems
• Predictive Maintenance Strategy
• Digital & Industry 4.0 Integration

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Certifications in Predictive Maintenance 

• 8–10 years of experience in maintenance
• Minimum 4–5 years in predictive maintenance
• Experience in heavy industry / continuous process plants
• Proven track record of implementing PdM programs at scale
