Maintenance Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time Maintenance Manager role based in Dubai with a hybrid work setup, which allows for some remote work flexibility. The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities, ensuring they meet operational needs and safety standards. Key responsibilities include managing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising a team of maintenance personnel, coordinating with contractors and vendors as needed, and maintaining maintenance records. The role also involves reviewing and improving maintenance processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead and manage maintenance teams effectively
• Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance processes to ensure reliable operation
• Proven experience in Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair to uphold facility and equipment functionality
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and vendors
• Proficiency with maintenance management systems and tools is an advantage
• Degree or certification in facilities management, engineering, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in healthcare facility management is a plus
