Role Description The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations at The Nest's workspace facility in Festival, ensuring all equipment, furnishings, and building systems are safe, functional, and well-presented. This full-time, hybrid role involves on-site coordination of maintenance and repair activities, with some tasks that can be performed from home, such as maintenance planning, reporting, and vendor communication. Daily responsibilities include assigning and supervising maintenance staff, scheduling preventive maintenance, inspecting facilities, responding to service requests, and coordinating external contractors when needed. The Maintenance Manager also tracks maintenance records, manages supplies and spare parts, supports compliance with safety and building regulations, and collaborates with operations and workspace management teams to uphold a high standard of client experience.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead maintenance staff, coordinate workflows, and ensure service standards are met.
- Candidates should possess Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills to troubleshoot, service, and repair building systems, furnishings, and related assets.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management skills to plan schedules, maintain records, and optimize facility performance.
- Relevant skills such as knowledge of building safety standards, vendor management, and basic budgeting for maintenance operations are beneficial.
- Prior experience in facilities or property maintenance management, ideally within commercial or workspace environments, is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, and comfort working in a hybrid setup based in Festival, are expected.
