Job Title: CNC Machines Maintenance Manager

Work Location: Top Laser Company Shubra, Cairo (Al-Khalafawi)

Company Profile: A company specialized in importing CNC machines (Laser Router Plasma Fiber) and providing after-sales services, including preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as spare parts supply and replacement.

To manage, organize, and execute all maintenance and after-sales service activities for CNC machines supplied by the company, ensuring maximum machine operational readiness at customer sites, high customer satisfaction, reduced downtime, and continuous improvement of the maintenance team's performance.

• Full supervision of preventive, periodic, and corrective maintenance activities for CNC machines at customer sites and within the company premises.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults (Drivers, Motors, Controllers, Power Supplies, Laser Sources).
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans based on machine type and operating hours.
• Review maintenance reports, analyze recurring failures, and propose root-cause solutions.
• Ensure full compliance with quality standards and safety procedures during maintenance activities.

• Lead, supervise, and assign tasks to maintenance engineers and technicians.
• Train the maintenance team on newly imported machines and updated technologies.
• Periodically evaluate team performance and submit reports to management.
• Identify technical and training needs for continuous team development.

• Coordinate with sales and customer service departments regarding customer complaints and maintenance requests.
• Visit key customers when required to handle critical technical issues.
• Ensure rapid response to emergency breakdowns and minimize machine downtime.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Identify essential and strategic spare parts requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement departments to ensure spare parts availability.
• Monitor spare parts consumption and reduce waste.
• Prepare periodic reports on technical inventory status.

• Prepare monthly reports covering:
• Number and types of breakdowns
• Response and repair time
• Maintenance team performance
• Participate in developing and improving after-sales service policies and procedures.
• Propose technical and operational improvements to enhance service efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 57 years of experience in CNC machines maintenance.
• Previous supervisory or technical management experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of CNC control systems such as:
• FSCUT, Ruida, Mach3, Syntec, Siemens, Fanuc.
• Experience with CO2 and Fiber Laser machines is an added advantage.

• Advanced fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical and electronic systems.
• Preventive maintenance planning and execution.

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High level of commitment and discipline.

• Based at the company premises in Shubra, Cairo Al-Khalafawi.
• Field visits to customer sites across Cairo and other governorates as required.
• Flexible working hours depending on maintenance requirements and emergency cases.

• The Maintenance Manager reports directly to Senior Management / General Manager.

Notes:

• The Maintenance Manager is expected to act as the primary technical liaison between the company and its customers regarding all after-sales service activities, and to contribute directly to strengthening Top Laser's reputation in the Egyptian market.
