Job Objective

To plan, schedule, and coordinate all maintenance activities using SAP-PM to ensure the
efficient operation of our facilities. This role is crucial in maintaining the productivity and
safety of the organization by managing equipment master data, creating maintenance
schedules, and ensuring the availability of necessary resources.
Environment
Internal and external interactions i.e.: with other departments/divisions, international scope,
providers, customers)
Internal: Collaborates closely with maintenance technicians, engineers, and other
departments to ensure seamless maintenance operations. Works under the supervision
of the Maintenance Manager.
External: Coordinates with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of necessary
tools, equipment, and parts. Engages with external auditors and regulatory bodies to
ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Key responsibility
Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and schedules using SAP-PM.
Create and manage equipment master data in SAP-PM, ensuring accuracy and
completeness.
Coordinate with maintenance technicians to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks,
balancing immediate needs with long-term maintenance goals.
Estimate time and resources required for maintenance jobs, ensuring efficient allocation
of resources. Track inventory of spare parts and ensure their availability for routine and
emergency maintenance.
Utilize SAP-PM to record, track, and analyze maintenance work, generating reports to
assess the effectiveness of maintenance activities.
Prepare and present detailed reports on maintenance activities, highlighting key metrics
and areas for improvement.
Work with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of necessary tools, equipment,
and parts, negotiating contracts and managing relationships.
Train maintenance staff in new procedures and protocols, with a focus on the effective
use of SAP-PM.
Academic Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field.
Certification in SAP-PM is highly desirable.
