Maintenance Project Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Project Manager located in Riyadh. The Maintenance Project Manager will oversee and manage maintenance projects, including planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance activities to ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities include managing plant maintenance, implementing preventive maintenance plans, coordinating with facility management teams, and ensuring all maintenance meets safety and regulatory standards. The role also involves budget planning, resource allocation, and supervision of maintenance personnel.

Qualifications

• Experience in Plant Maintenance and Maintenance Management
• Knowledge of Facility Management (FM) practices
• Skills in Preventive Maintenance and overall Maintenance operations
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail
• Proficiency in maintenance-related software and tools is a plus
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance in maintenance operations
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field is preferred
