Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage maintenance and repair workshop for containers.
Meet company financial goals by managing the maintenance budget set by Finance.
Ensure containers are in good repair in both structure and appearance to properly represent the company according to IICL standards.
Update and submit required reports in a timely manner.
Responsible for coaching, development, and performance management of the Maintenance Team.
Manage the spare parts inventory and related purchasing.
Qualifications:
+5 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
Proficiency in MS Office 365 (word, Excel & Power point).
Very good command of written and spoken English.
