Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sharjah for a Maintenance Software Engineer. The responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving software issues, performing routine maintenance, updating software systems, and ensuring optimal system performance. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to guarantee the software aligns with user requirements and company standards. Additional responsibilities may include providing technical support and implementing updates to enhance system efficiency and security.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in software troubleshooting and debugging to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
• Experience with software maintenance, updates, and system optimization
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++, or similar
• Familiarity with ICT systems and ability to work with ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Prior experience in ICT or related industries is an advantage
