Maintenance Specialist Packaging - Sharkeya Plant

Job Purpose

Executes and implements the preventive maintenance plan. Optimizes safety, quality, and productivity in several focus areas.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. 
   Collects data from operators and trains staff on applying preventive management on machines
2. .Interferes to solve complex problems in coordination with technicians
3. .Plans the daily tasks to maintain the operation of the production line
4. .Audits, plans, and executes, and closes the plan
5. .Follows up on packaging consumption line efficiency
6. .Monitors water consumption on a daily basis
7. .Trains operators on monitoring, analyzing and pasteurizing water consumption
8. .Communicates the beer extracts losses per plant; ensures losses are minimized until goods are packed
9. .Creates a safe working environment by ensuring that all safety procedures are followed at all times t
10. .Applies the bowtie technique on active and reactive safety measures
11. .Attends weekly meetings on plant overall parts to maintain tools
