Maintenance Supervisor (Facilities Supervisor)

The ideal Maintenance Supervisor will efficiently plan and schedule weekly maintenance tasks, manage preventive maintenance especially HVAC and support the team during execution. They should oversee procurement and inventory of consumables and store fixtures, ensure highquality and timely completion of all repair work, and effectively supervise and train maintenance technicians.

Planning and Scheduling

• Prepare Weekly maintenance schedule and allocate work as per requests raised by stores. Maintain tracking and follow up of all request.

Preventive Maintenance

• Should plan annual maintenance schedule, especially for HVAC, to ensure quarterly servicing is done in all stores.
• And assist the team with the actual works.

Procurement and Inventory Management

• Manage procurement of all consumable items and Maintain Inventory of all fixtures, fittings, lights etc.

Quality Control

• Oversee and be personally involved with all repair and maintenance work to ensure it is done with good quality and completed on time.

Training and Development

• Supervise and train maintenance technicians

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree, preferable electrical and more than 10 years experience in GCC.
• 7 10 years experience in KSA, and 5 years experience in similar role
• KSA Driver's License compulsory
• Strong knowledge of MEP services in a store and mall, knowledge of Health and safety practices and regulations, Computer literate especially MS office. Great Eye for detail.
