Location: Qatar
Position: Maintenance Supervisor
Driving License: Valid Qatar Driving License is required
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities across assigned properties.
- Lead and monitor technicians and maintenance teams.
- Plan and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance works.
- Ensure timely resolution of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and general maintenance issues.
- Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers when required.
- Monitor maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure all maintenance works are carried out safely and according to company standards.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment.
- Monitor the use of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate immediate solutions.
- Prepare maintenance reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, preferably within Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, or Facilities Management.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and MEP systems.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to supervise technicians and manage multiple maintenance requirements.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
- Candidates available for immediate joining are highly preferred.
- Candidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred.
