Role Description The Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October, responsible for overseeing maintenance activities for equipment and systems used in compressed air and related operations. Day-to-day tasks include planning and assigning maintenance work, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance are completed on schedule. The role involves diagnosing technical issues, coordinating troubleshooting and repairs, and verifying that safety standards and operational procedures are followed. The Maintenance Supervisor collaborates with technicians, production teams, and external service partners, maintains maintenance records, and recommends improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. This position also supports the training and development of maintenance staff and ensures compliance with company policies and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task prioritization, and performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills to manage routine servicing and minimize downtime.
• Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills to identify faults and implement effective technical solutions.
• Relevant degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in industrial equipment, compressors, or pneumatic systems, including on-site maintenance in a manufacturing or service environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, maintenance planning, and use of maintenance management systems or CMMS tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate clearly in a professional setting and to document maintenance activities accurately.
