Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff & Cleaning Staff and activities
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Ensure all equipment and systems operate efficiently and safely.
• Respond promptly to maintenance & Cleaning issues and emergencies
• Monitor inventory of tools, materials, and spare parts
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in maintenance supervision or a similar role
• Fair knowledge of electrical, and general maintenance systems
• Leadership and team management skills
• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Technical diploma or relevant certification preferred.
• English language & computer knowledge is a must
