Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical maintenance team for daily operations and breakdown handling.
- Troubleshoot control panels, PLCs, drives, sensors, relays.
- Maintain testing panels (MCCB, Smart Meter systems, CTs. Rubber Molding machines).
- Execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.
- Monitor power distribution systems, substations, DBs, cables.
- Support automation systems and coordinate with OEMs.
- Maintain documentation (logs, reports, checklists).
- Ensure electrical safety compliance.
- Coordinate with production teams.
- Manage spare parts requirements.
Qualifications:
- Diploma Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 5–8 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, control panels, and sensors.
- Proven troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
- Ability to supervise maintenance teams and manage daily activities.
