Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PDM) programs for manufacturing equipment and production machinery.
  • Supervise and lead Maintenance Technicians and Winders, assigning daily tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Oversee troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems.
  • Manage critical spare parts inventory to ensure availability and minimize production downtime.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with ISO standards, HSE requirements, and local safety regulations.
  • Monitor maintenance KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5–8 years of experience in heavy industrial manufacturing environments.
  • Previous experience in power transformer manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of industrial safety practices and preventive maintenance systems.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple maintenance priorities.
