MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia's power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.
We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 8–14 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Previous experience in transformer manufacturing or heavy electrical equipment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Ability to manage maintenance schedules, breakdowns, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities within the plant.
- Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Ensure minimum downtime and optimal equipment performance.
- Lead and develop the maintenance team to achieve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
