Maintenance Support (Construction)

One of our clients in Dubai is looking for Maintenance Support (Construction)

• Oversee routine internal and external property maintenance.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers.
• Arrange access, compare quotations and follow works through to completion.
• Conduct and document weekly, monthly and quarterly property checks.
• Track planned maintenance, remedial works and outstanding actions.
• Identify risks and escalate significant issues with recommendations.
• Respond to urgent maintenance matters and coordinate contractors (solution, either own fix or right contractor + internal updates)
• Complete simple hands-on tasks where practical, such as picture hanging, minor fittings, fuse/lock replacement, plant repotting and occasional furniture moving.
• Research and recommend suppliers outside existing AMCs.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular maintenance reports.
• Manage small operational payments, company card use and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain reliable contractor and supplier relationships.
