Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities:

·        Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance (electrical, plumbing, AC, and general maintenance).

·        Troubleshoot and repair faults efficiently.

·        Ensure all facilities, equipment, and tools are in good working condition.

·        Prepare and submit regular maintenance reports.

·        Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

·        Coordinate with management, contractors, and suppliers when required.

Job Requirements:

·        Proven experience in maintenance or a similar role.

·        Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems.

·        Ability to work independently and under pressure.

·        Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·        Responsible, committed, and well-organized.

·        Valid driving license (UAE or transferable) is mandatory.

·        Arabic Speaker is required

·        Previous experience in the UAE is preferred.
