Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

General Maintenance:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks
• Diagnose issues, repair faults, and replace necessary parts
• Address emergency maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner

Motorcycle Duties:

• Transport tools, materials, and other necessary items to and from job sites using a motorcycle
• Ensure the safe and secure storage of the motorcycle
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the motorcycle to ensure it's in proper working condition

Communication:

• Report to the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager
• Document completed tasks, parts used, and time spent
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and management to ensure a smooth workflow

Safety Protocols:

• Adhere to all company and legal safety standards
• Ensure that the work area is clean, safe, and organized at all times
• Use personal protective equipment as required

Miscellaneous Duties:

• Assist with other tasks or projects as assigned by management
• Stay updated with the latest techniques and technologies in maintenance and repair

Requirements:

• A valid motorcycle license
• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the go
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
