Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Rolling Stock Maintenance Professional – Lines 4&6

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the Role:

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance on a fleet of 50 driverless metro trains, ensuring high availability, safety, and service reliability. You will report directly to the Rolling Stock Leader and work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, routine, and emergency maintenance tasks (both planned and unplanned).
• Diagnose and resolve technical failures across various metro subsystems.
• Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, method statements, and permit-to-work procedures.
• Ensure rapid onsite intervention to recover trains and restore service with minimal disruption.
• Maintain transparent reporting and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Nationality: Saudis only.
• Education: Diploma or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in rolling stock, railway, or heavy equipment maintenance.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with metro/railway systems, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Key Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, planning ability, and a sense of urgency.
• Soft Skills: Team player with clear reporting skills and professionalism in a multicultural environment.
