Essential Job Functions
- To comply and complete instructions given by Group Leader
- Regular patrolling and inspection activity on machines and equipment's on production shops and report to Part Leader
- Complete the jobs on time
- Execute his jobs according to department work instructions and company general rules.
- Suitable to work in shift base
- No physical nor psychological health problem to execute his site activities
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Having analytical mind and application capability.
- Having necessary skills to complete site jobs.
- Having neither physical nor psychological problem which may prevent to execute site jobs
- Capable of working in intensive and flexible working hours
- To be familiar to 5S, TPM, Kaizen, Preventive Maintenance etc. improvement applications on site
- Read and understand technical documents and drawings
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Graduated from technical high school and/or junior technical college degree
- Having minimum 2-year work experiences in industrial plants as Maintenance Technician
- Having knowledge and experience on:
Electrical Technician:
- Mid. & low voltage electrical equipment's and electric panels troubleshooting
- Automation systems troubleshooting
- PLC programing and troubleshooting
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems troubleshooting
Mechanical Technician:
- Engine, motor and pumping systems maintenance and troubleshooting
- Pneumatic and hydrolic systems troubleshooting
- Welding experience ( Mig and electrode welding )
- Piping systems installation, modification and repair activity
