We manage a portfolio of 70+ units across Dubai's most sought-after addresses, from Emaar Beachfront and Dubai Marina to Downtown Dubai and Creek Harbour, delivering five-star guest experiences and maximising returns for property owners.

Role Description:

We manage premium holiday homes across Dubai, and we're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our apartments guest-ready and fix issues fast. You'll work closely with our operations team every day.

• Plumbing: fix leaks, blockages, running toilets and low water pressure, and handle water heater parts or coordinate contractors for bigger issues
• Electrical: replace bulbs, switches, sockets and fittings, reset breakers, and troubleshoot simple faults
• Smart home: maintain smart locks, thermostats, sensors and Wi-Fi routers, including battery changes and resets
• Air conditioning: clean filters, carry out basic servicing, and escalate major faults to our AC contractor
• Painting and walls: touch up paint, patch holes and cracks, and remove marks and stains
• Carpentry and handyman: repair doors, locks, hinges, drawers and window fittings, assemble furniture, hang TVs, mirrors and curtains, and reseal bathrooms and kitchens
• Appliances: diagnose and fix minor faults, and arrange repair or replacement for major ones
• Supplies: buy parts, keep a small stock in your car, and track all receipts and spending
• Reporting: log every job with before and after photos, follow up on pest control, and escalate jobs beyond your scope to the ops team or a contractor

Qualifications

• Valid HVAC and MEP certification
• Valid UAE driving licence and prefdferably their own vehicle
• Clear spoken and written English
• Available for a 6-day working week
• Flexible with rotating morning and evening shifts
