Maintenance Technician

Role Description We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to keep our production lines running reliably. The Maintenance Technician will perform routine equipment inspections, carry out preventive maintenance, and ensure machinery is operating safely and efficiently in the production facility. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and technical issues, completing repairs, and coordinating with production staff to minimize downtime. The role also involves documenting maintenance activities, following health and safety procedures, and supporting continuous improvement of industrial equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance.
• Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair.
• Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, welding, or industrial systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai and comply with all workplace safety standards.
• Previous experience in a production or industrial setting; vocational or technical training in maintenance is preferred.
