Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Worker located in Abu Dhabi. The Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring all building systems and equipment are functioning efficiently. Specific duties will include handling plumbing and carpentry tasks, operating and maintaining power tools, and ensuring the proper upkeep of property infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Experience with Power Tools and their safe operation
• Skilled in Carpentry and Plumbing tasks
• Ability to diagnose and resolve repair issues effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
• Prior experience in property maintenance or a related field is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification is a plus
• Holding driving license is a plus point

Salary: AED 1500-1700
