Job Purpose

The Maison Leader operates as the overall Manager on Duty in the absence of Departmental Managers and Directors. The role ensures maximum guest satisfaction in line with DAMAC Hotels & Resorts standards through effective planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of hotel operations and administration.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager in a 5-star hotel
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hospitality
• Certification in Front Office Operations and Health & Safety
• Strong operational knowledge of Front Desk Operations, VIP welcoming protocols, MS Office Applications, and Opera PMS
• High level of verbal and written English communication skills
