Mall Manager

The Mall Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, management, and performance of the shopping mall. The role ensures smooth daily operations, tenant satisfaction, high customer service standards, and achievement of financial and operational objectives.

Role Responsibilities:

-Monitor facility management, security, cleaning, and maintenance services.

-Ensure the mall environment is safe, clean, and welcoming for visitors and tenants.

-Maintain strong relationships with tenants and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.

-Coordinate tenant fit-out processes and ensure compliance with mall standards.

-Support leasing and retail teams in attracting new tenants and brands.

-Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.

Role Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field.

-510 years of experience in mall management, retail operations, or commercial property management.

-Strong leadership and operational management skills.

-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
