Job Skills
- Minimum 2 years of operation experience in a similar position, preferably in a mall or FM company
- Experience in:
- Facility management/ supervision of service providers,
- Contract Management
- Familiarity with SLA agreements and service providers KPIs
- Staff Management
- Implements a high level of service standards
- Crisis management
- Event Management
- Tenant relationship management
- Reporting
- Good computer skills
- University graduate preferably in a relevant major
- Presentable and possesses superior communication skills and tact
- Good command of English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
