Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mall Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our shopping malls, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation that meets the needs of our tenants and customers. The Mall Operations Manager will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall experience of our malls and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall operations of the shopping malls, including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and tenant relations
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and tenants
  • Manage the budget for mall operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient use of resources
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
  • Work closely with the leasing team to ensure timely and effective tenant onboarding and management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular inspections of the mall to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute events and promotions to drive foot traffic and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the operations of our malls
  • Manage a team of mall staff, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure a high-performing team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mall operations, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and resources effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as needed
