Position: Mall Operations Supervisor Company: Kasrawy Group Location: 6th of October City, Egypt Contract Details: Full-time Kasrawy Group, a leading real estate development company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mall Operations Supervisor to join our team in 6th of October City, Egypt. As the Mall Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our shopping mall. You will work closely with the Mall Manager to ensure that all aspects of the mall, including maintenance, security, and customer service, are running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of mall staff, including maintenance, security, and customer service personnel
- Ensure the proper functioning of all mall facilities and equipment, including escalators, elevators, and HVAC systems
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the mall, including common areas and restrooms
- Implement and enforce mall policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of customers and employees
- Respond to and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular inspections of the mall to identify any maintenance or safety concerns and take appropriate action to address them
- Manage the mall's budget and expenses, including vendor contracts and invoices
- Coordinate with tenants to ensure their compliance with mall regulations and to address any concerns or issues they may have
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience and increase foot traffic to the mall
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve mall operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mall or retail operations management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
