Role OverviewLenador Systems is seeking a high-caliber Management Consultant to work directly with the CEO on the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple high-impact strategic initiatives, including technology platforms, AI-driven products, vendor-heavy programs, and large-scale event delivery.
This role is suited for a consultant-profile professional who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments, can structure ambiguity into clear execution plans, and is comfortable operating under tight deadlines and high visibility.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Program Support- Work closely with the CEO to translate strategic direction into actionable plans
- Structure complex, multi-stream initiatives into clear workplans, timelines, and deliverables
- Prepare executive-level materials including:
- Project plans and roadmaps
- Progress reports and dashboards
- Proposals, concept notes, and presentations
- Support decision-making through structured analysis and clear recommendations
Communication & Coordination- Serve as a central coordination point across multiple internal teams
- Lead external communications with clients, partners, and vendors
- Ensure clarity, alignment, and follow-through across all stakeholders
- Represent the CEO operationally when required
Documentation & Quality Control- Own documentation standards across projects:
- Plans, charts, reports, proposals, and contracts
- Ensure all outputs are accurate, consistent, and professionally presented
- Review and verify work quality before any client or external exposure
- Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation repositories
Budgeting, Costing & Commercial Support- Support budgeting, cost allocation, and financial planning across initiatives
- Track costs, forecasts, and variances
- Support vendor negotiations and commercial discussions
- Assist with contract review and coordination with legal/finance teams
- Ensure commercial terms align with project scope and delivery realities
Vendor & Event Management- Coordinate multiple external vendors, including:
- Technology partners
- Content creators and authors
- Designers and service providers
- Manage logistics related to events and programs, including:
- Scheduling
- Travel, accommodation, and on-ground arrangements
- Ensure vendors deliver to agreed scope, quality, and timelines
Research & Analysis- Conduct structured internal and external research to support:
- New product initiatives
- AI integrations
- Market and competitor analysis
- Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights for leadership
