Qualifications and Experience
- 6 to 10 years of proven professional experience in management or technical consulting.
- Strong expertise in managing and executing projects related to Smart Cities and Urban Intelligence.
- Solid knowledge of Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Government (B2G) operations and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in strategy development and execution at both project and organizational levels.
- Strong background in Project Management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Smart City and Urban Intelligence initiatives and related transformation projects.
- Develop strategies and implementation plans to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Deliver advisory reports and integrated solutions that reflect global best practices while addressing local context.
- Manage stakeholders effectively across both private (B2B) and government (B2G) sectors.
- Contribute to business development by supporting the preparation of technical proposals and advisory input for new opportunities.
- Support knowledge transfer and capability building related to Smart City and Urban Intelligence projects.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and structured engagements with stakeholders.
- Build and present business cases, including financial and ROI modeling, to support decision-making.
- Apply Project Management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile) to ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
Required Skills
- Advanced Project Management expertise with certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Deep understanding of Smart City technologies and Urban Intelligence solutions.
- Problem structuring and hypothesis-driven thinking to address complex challenges.
- Data analysis and insights generation, including the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong expertise in Change Management and stakeholder alignment across diverse groups.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver high-impact executive-level presentations.
- Consulting toolkit skills: proposal writing and workshop facilitation.
- Knowledge in governance frameworks and policy advisory related to large-scale projects.
- Financial and business case modeling to evaluate ROI, NPV, and overall project impact.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with an innovative problem-solving mindset.
- Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior consultants.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) with the ability to produce high-quality professional reports.
- Arabic language proficiency is required.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with respect to the unique context of the holy areas.
