Management Consultant (Freelance | Remote)

About the Role

In this role, you will create and evaluate content used to train AI systems. Your work will involve writing realistic business and management consulting tasks, developing structured solution approaches, reviewing AI-generated responses, and improving outputs for accuracy across real-world consulting scenarios.

This role is ideal for professionals with 2–5 years of consulting experience who possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic consulting task prompts across strategy, transformation, pricing, GTM, and operations.
• Develop step-by-step solution logic and Golden Answers for each task.
• Author 10–25 binary verifiers based on expected business outcomes.
• Build supporting materials such as business cases, financial reports, presentations, process documents, and market analyses.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, reasoning, and completeness.
• Identify common AI failures in business strategy and consulting tasks.

What We Need

• 2–5 years of management consulting experience.
• Experience in strategy, transformation, GTM, pricing, or operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable producing structured business deliverables and case materials.
