We are seeking an experienced Management Consulting Senior Associate / Strategy Consultant Lead to support and lead strategic consulting engagements across growth strategy, business transformation, operational improvement, and organizational performance.

This role is suited to a structured thinker who can move comfortably between high-level strategy and detailed analysis. You will work with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand challenges, develop strategic recommendations, evaluate opportunities, and translate insights into practical implementation plans.

• Lead or support consulting projects from problem definition through final recommendations.
• Analyze business models, organizational structures, operating performance, and strategic priorities.
• Conduct market, competitor, customer, industry, and commercial research.
• Develop strategic frameworks, business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses.
• Identify growth opportunities, operational improvements, and potential business risks.
• Translate complex quantitative and qualitative information into actionable insights.
• Develop market-entry, growth, transformation, cost optimization, and operating strategies.
• Prepare executive presentations, management reports, and client-ready recommendations.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, strategy sessions, and working meetings.
• Partner with senior leaders to define objectives, priorities, and implementation roadmaps.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and strategic outcomes.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, technology, sales, and other functional teams.
• Monitor market trends and assess their potential impact on business strategy.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge development.
• Support proposals, client presentations, business development, and new engagement opportunities.

• 3+ years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate development, business transformation, or a related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline preferred.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning, market analysis, business modeling, and commercial decision-making.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and structured-thinking skills.
• Ability to develop clear recommendations from complex and incomplete information.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, business analysis, and executive-level reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management and prioritization capabilities.
• Commercially aware with the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with international remote teams.
• Professional certifications are not required unless specifically relevant to the role.
