Summary

GrandHyatt Kuwait is looking for passionate Kuwaiti Nationals interested in pursuing a rewarding career within the hotel industry.
We are looking for future leaders! The Management Development Program is designed for graduates with potential to becomean integral memberof our team. The program will beindividually customized to provide graduates the additional development needed to progress within our company across different hotel functions like Rooms division, Sales & Marketing division and Human Resources division.
Program Overview
The 12month program will be customized to your own development needs, previous work experience and career objectives.

Qualifications
  • For Kuwaiti Nationals Only.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality major or related field
  • Language Skills: A good working knowledge of English Language
  • Experience: Relevant internship and work experience in hotel operations is an advantage
  • Assignment: Eligibility to work at the same hotel upon graduation subject to local labour legislation
