Management Information System Analyst

Role Description The Management Information System Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in 6th of October. The analyst will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing MIS reports and dashboards that support performance monitoring and decision-making across operations. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and validating data from multiple sources, performing systems analysis, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity in information systems. The role involves collaborating with operations, finance, and management teams to translate business requirements into actionable reports, automations, and insights. The analyst will also contribute to improving reporting processes, documenting system workflows, and supporting the implementation of new MIS tools and enhancements.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide clear, actionable insights.
• Solid knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) concepts and practices.
• Experience in designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and performance reports.
• Background in systems analysis, including understanding workflows, data structures, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and/or other data analysis tools; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous experience in BPO, customer experience, or service-oriented environments is a plus.
