Management Trainee (Emirati)

We are looking to hire high-potential Emirati graduates for our Management Training program, designed to provide structured exposure to core business functions and senior leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gain hands-on exposure to day-to-day operations across departments.
• Support managers and senior leaders with coordination, reporting, and follow-ups.
• Assist in planning and execution of business initiatives.
• Participate in business analysis, process improvement, and strategic projects.
• Learn performance evaluation and stakeholder management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Emirati. Fresh graduates OR up to 2 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and professional.
• Proficient in MS Office.
