Job Description

  • Support daily People & Culture operations, including employee records, onboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment activities such as CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate learning and development activities, trainings, and Accor learning initiatives.
  • Support visa, insurance, and employee lifecycle processes in line with local regulations.
  • Contribute to employee engagement, recognition programs, and Heartist activities.
  • Assist with employee relations matters and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Maintain accurate HR data, trackers, and basic reports.
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and internal HR reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with P&C leadership and hotel departments.
  • Demonstrate strong learning agility, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 12 years of relevant internship or work experience
  • Basic understanding of HR principles; hospitality exposure is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced hotel environment
