Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and maintain international luxury hospitality standards. The selected candidate will lead operational teams, ensure exceptional guest experience, and maintain the reputation of a premium residence hotel.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel and residence operations
- Maintain international 5-star hospitality service standards
- Manage departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and F&B
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service quality
- Supervise staff performance and provide leadership and training
- Monitor operational budgets and financial performance
- Implement service improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality regulations
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years
- Education: master of business administration in hospitality management
