What will you do
- Manage daily accounting operations (accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations)
- Oversee the finance system and maintain close collaboration with HQ Finance Team and all external stakeholders
- Support in monitoring budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with business goals
- Manage and deliver accurate internal and external financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly schedule
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to support business strategy and decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting/finance management, preferably in multinational companies based in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and IFRS
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and banking operations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic are mandatory
- Knowledge of SAP
