Job Position: Manager – AI / Digital SPOC (Single Point of Contact)

Role Purpose
To serve as the regional AI/Digital SPOC responsible for driving adoption, execution, and localization of AI, data, and digital solutions developed at HQ, ensuring strong alignment between central product teams and country business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary interface between HQ (Dubai) and country teams (KSA / Qatar) for all AI, data, and digital initiatives
Translate regional business requirements into clear inputs for HQ product, data, and technology teams
Drive adoption of AI and digital tools across retail stores, operations, and business functions
Ensure successful implementation and active usage of HQ-built tools inthe region
Capture regional feedback and ensure enhancements/localization are reflected in product roadmaps
Lead on-ground rollout of digital and AI initiatives across stores and functions
Drive change management, training, and user adoption programs
Track adoption metrics, usage behavior, and business impact of deployed tools
Act as program/project manager for multiple digital initiatives in parallel
Coordinate across retail, operations, IT, and business leadership teams to ensure execution alignment
Ensure governance, communication, and reporting between region and HQ
Required Experience
8–12 years of total professional experience
At least 4–6 years in retail operations, digital transformation, program management, or business technology roles
Experience working in regional or multi-country environments is highly preferred
Exposure to AI, data, analytics, or digital tools in business operations is required (not deep technical expertise, but strong functional understanding)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
MBA or equivalent business qualification is a strong advantage
Certifications in project/program management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) preferred
Exposure to data/AI/digital transformation programs is a plus
