Manager, AIO Head (2 years contract)

Description:

The role will support a digital health workstream under the Singapore Medical Foundation AI Model Programme (SIMFONI), a national initiative aimed at accelerating AI-driven solutions within Singapore's public healthcare system.

This role will lead the project management and delivery of a CDSS workstream within Singapore's public healthcare system, focusing on rule-based clinical logic, requirements gathering, working with IT teams on system development, user acceptance testing, and proof-of-concept pilot implementation in polyclinics.

The role will work closely with the Principal Investigator from MOHT, clinicians, medical informatics stakeholders, developers, engineers, and public healthcare institutions to ensure that requirements are appropriately gathered, translated into product specifications, developed, tested, and deployed.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive overall delivery of the CDSS workstream, ensuring alignment with programme objectives, timelines, and milestones
2. Lead stakeholder engagement and alignment across public healthcare clusters, MOHT, clinicians, and medical informatics teams
3. Work closely with the Principal Investigator (MOHT) on strategic direction, planning, and execution of the workstream
4. Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle, including requirements definition, system development, testing, and deployment
5. Provide direction to delivery teams working with developers, engineers, and data teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into system functionality
6. Work with MOHT and technical partners to coordinate integration with national healthcare systems (e.g. NGEMR, NeHR, data platforms), ensuring alignment of requirements, timelines, and dependencies
7. Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring validation of outputs against clinical and functional requirements
8. Provide oversight and direction on implementation strategies, including proof-of-concept (POC) pilot deployments in polyclinics
9. Ensure readiness for deployment, including stakeholder alignment, workflow integration, and operational feasibility
10. Monitor progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across the workstream, and report updates to governance stakeholders
11. Guide iterative improvements based on feedback from clinical users and pilot implementations
12. Lead and manage the delivery team providing direction on priorities, execution, and issue resolution

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, Business, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
• At least 8-12 years of experience in project/programme management, product development, or digital health delivery
• Experience in public healthcare or multi-institutional environments preferred
• Strong experience leading delivery teams and overseeing complex programmes
• Strong stakeholder management across clinical, technical, and policy domains
• Experience working with developers, engineers, or system implementation teams
• Ability to understand clinical workflows and translate into product strategy and delivery direction
• Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
