Role Summary:
Define and govern enterprise data architecture, ensuring that data is managed as a strategic asset in line with EA data standards and business objectives
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop enterprise-level data architecture (conceptual, logical, and target state models)
- Establish and enforce data principles and standards
- Provide architectural oversight to ensure new initiatives follow EA-aligned data practices
- Support the data team by clarifying integrations patterns, data flows, and platform alignment
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure data is used consistently as a strategic asset
- Ensure compliance with national data regulations
Experience Required:
- 7-9 years of experience, with 2-3 years in data architecture or data modeling
- Exposure to enterprise data environments (data warehouse, data lake, cloud platforms)
- Experience influencing or guiding data strategy, architecture, and governance
- Familiarity with national data regulations
Qualifications & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Data management certifications (e.g., DAMA CDMP) preferred
- Cloud data certifications (Azure Data Engineer, AWS Data Analytics) desirable
