Raya Smart Buildings: one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring for Area Sales Manager Centers in East Cairo ( 5th Settlement) with the following requirements:

  • Job Purpose: The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, occupancy, and client acquisition across multiple Edge Innovation Center locations. The role leads sales activities, develops strategic relationships, manages key accounts, and ensures achievement of commercial targets while maintaining a high-quality customer experience aligned with the company's brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance and achieve revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets across assigned locations.
  • Develop and execute area sales plans to maximize private offices, co-working memberships, meeting rooms, and event space sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, startups, SMEs, brokers, and strategic partners.
  • Lead the full sales cycle including lead generation, site tours, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closing.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and improve positioning.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Community teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and high client satisfaction.
  • Manage and coach Community Sales teams to improve conversion rates, retention, and upselling opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, occupancy reports, and commercial performance analysis.
  • Ensure CRM utilization and accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Support expansion activities, partnerships, and new center launches when required.

Technical Skills

  • Strong B2B sales and business development experience
  • Knowledge of co- working, serviced offices, hospitality, real estate, or flexible workspace industry
  • Commercial negotiation and contract management
  • Sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • CRM systems proficiency
  • Financial and business acumen
  • Market analysis and competitor benchmarking
  • Strong presentation and proposal preparation skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Previous team management experience is required

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • MBA or commercial certifications are an advantage
