Job Description
Role Purpose:
To lead the identification, development, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions within Bupa Arabia, specifically leveraging AI to enhance healthcare services, operational efficiency, and member experience. This role drives AI initiatives from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering innovation across the organization.
Key Accountabilities:
1-AI Solution Design & Delivery:
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., data science, engineering, business units) to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and integrated seamlessly into existing systems, including Bupa Care Connect.
2-Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Establish robust monitoring frameworks to track the performance and impact of deployed AI models.
- Analyse AI model outputs and business metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Implement iterative enhancements and retraining strategies to maintain model accuracy and relevance.
3-Ensure Compliance with AI Ethics & Governance:
- Review models for bias and fairness
- Document compliance checks
- Liaise with governance committees
4-Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement:
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support on AI capabilities to various business units.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and champion AI adoption.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance AI literacy across the organization.
Skills
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science principles
- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum)

Education
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related
