The Opportunity

Queen Elizabeth's Global School is seeking an experienced Manager B2B Recruitment to lead and manage relationships with education agents and channel partners supporting student enrolments into the school.

This is a critical role within a premium international K12 school environment, responsible for building a high-quality, ethical, and compliant agent network aligned with the school's values, safeguarding responsibilities, and enrolment goals. Working closely with Admissions, Marketing, and Leadership teams, the role will ensure agent-led recruitment is effective, transparent, and focused on delivering an exceptional parent and student experience.

This opportunity suits a professional with strong B2B relationship management skills, experience working with education agents, and a clear understanding of safeguarding and ethical recruitment practices.

The Role

Agent Network Development & Management

  • Develop, onboard, and manage a network of education agents and channel partners aligned with the school's recruitment strategy.
  • Identify high-potential domestic and international agents to support enrolment growth across priority markets.
  • Ensure agents represent the school accurately, professionally, and in line with its premium positioning.

Enrolment & Admissions Support

  • Work closely with the Admissions team to generate qualified leads and support enrolment targets through agent channels.
  • Monitor agent-led applications, conversions, and enrolment outcomes.
  • Support parents and agents through the admissions journey to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience.

Training, Enablement & Quality Control

  • Conduct regular training and briefings for agents on the school's curriculum, ethos, admissions processes, safeguarding expectations, and brand standards.
  • Ensure agents are fully informed and compliant before representing the school.
  • Address performance issues, misrepresentation, or non-compliance promptly and professionally.

Agreements, Compliance & Reporting

  • Manage agent agreements, commercial terms, and renewal processes in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all agent activity complies with school policies, ethical recruitment standards, and safeguarding requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and dashboards, providing regular reports to leadership.

Safeguarding & Ethical Recruitment

  • Ensure all agent-led interactions uphold the school's safeguarding and child protection commitments.
  • Promote ethical recruitment practices and transparency in all dealings with agents, parents, and students.
  • Promptly escalate and report any safeguarding or compliance concerns in line with school procedures.

The Person

Qualifications and Experience

  • Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 510 years experience in B2B recruitment, agent management, admissions, or education sales, preferably within premium K12 schools, international schools, or education groups.
  • Demonstrated experience managing education agents or channel partners.
  • Strong understanding of enrolment funnels, conversion metrics, and agent-led recruitment models.
  • Experience working within regulated or compliance-driven environments is highly desirable.
