Job Description:

Styli is looking for a dynamic Brand Marketing Manager to lead our brand presence and storytelling in KSA, while safeguarding Styli's brand equity across the GCC. You'll drive integrated brand campaigns, influencer and PR programs, cultural collaborations, and local activations that make Styli the most loved fashion e-commerce brand in the region.

This is a high-impact role for a brand builder and executor who can toggle between local relevance in KSA and strategic brand consistency across markets.

1. Brand Strategy & Equity (GCC)

  • Define, evolve, and protect Styli's brand identity, tone of voice, and positioning.
  • Ensure all touchpoints and campaigns across markets align with the master brand strategy.
  • Champion cross-market brand consistency, working with local and central teams.

2. Annual Brand Calendar & Campaign Execution (KSA)

  • Lead the development of Styli's brand calendar in KSAowning seasonal moments, cultural spikes, and always-on opportunities.
  • Brief, build, and execute 360 campaigns across digital, social, content, influencer, and offline media.
  • Partner closely with creative, performance, and content teams to ensure timely, effective execution.

3. Public Relations (GCC)

  • Manage Styli's PR agency (and support onboarding in new markets when needed).
  • Craft strong narratives and set PR objectives to drive brand visibility and earned media coverage.
  • Build meaningful relationships with key editors, journalists, and media platforms across fashion, tech, and lifestyle.

4. Events & On-ground Brand Experiences (GCC)

  • Identify opportunities for immersive on-ground brand momentsfrom pop-ups to flagship activations.
  • Lead planning, partner coordination, and execution to bring the Styli brand to life physically.
  • Own timelines, budgets, and experience quality.

5. Influencer Marketing Program (KSA)

  • Design and scale a structured influencer marketing program that nurtures brand love.
  • Lead influencer scouting, partnerships, negotiations, and performance tracking.
  • Use data to evolve influencer strategy and tiering.

6. Cultural & Brand Collaborations (KSA)

  • Spot and lead high-impact collabs with fashion, music, lifestyle, and culture-forward brands.
  • Own end-to-end partnership developmentfrom pitch to campaign rollout.

7. Customer Immersions & Local Insights (GCC)

  • Organize customer immersions, focus groups, and market visits to keep the brand close to the ground.
  • Extract and translate insights into sharper campaigns, messages, and local relevance.

8. Reporting & Brand Health Tracking

  • Monitor brand performance metricsawareness, sentiment, PR value, influencer ROI.
  • Share regular updates and learnings to inform future strategy.

Qualification & Experience:

  • 68 years in brand marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
  • Experience with PR, events, influencers, and brand collaborations.
  • Strong understanding of GCC markets, especially KSA.
  • Arabic is a must (written and spoken).
  • Network of PR, media, and influencer contacts is a plus.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
